Pacific’o Restaurant Welcomes Ca’Momi Winemaker

We will be offering Dario’s Chardonnay and Merlot, by the glass and by the bottle, paired with Chef Anton’s specials of the day.

At Pacific’O we are pairing the Ca’Momi Chardonnay with seared Diver Scallops in a green apple broth garnished with edamame. The Ca’Momi Merlot is matched with a seared Venison medallion, pickled peach, rutabaga gratin and roasted Alii mushrooms. Hope to see you there!

Dario will be strolling around the restaurant “Talking Story” with customers that order his wines. Please stop by anytime during the evening for a glass of wine.
