Aloha!

Welcome to Pacific’o Restaurant on the beach.  We offer general seating or private seating for your function.  For parties over 16 guests, we require that you select one of our set menus.  Parties fewer than 16 guests have the option of ordering off of our a la carte menus or a set menu.  Parties over 60 guests are required to select the set menu with a combo entrée.  For private parties, we also offer a buffet menu with a 20 person minimum.

VIEW CATERING MENU

For private events, we offer the following options:

Pacific’o Restaurant Patio Exclusive or Partial  Patio Exclusivity.
(This location offers the best ocean views and an extended lawn area for your use.)
Total seating capacity of approximately 140.
2 private area are available which can seat 35 and 60 people each.

Pacific’o Restaurant Exclusive
(The ultimate for your large gathering along with use of the extended lawn area.)
Seating capacity of approximately 220.  

Pacific’o Restaurant Exclusive (Lunch up to 3:00pm)
Utilizing the full restaurant for your function.
Minimum food and beverage revenue requirements apply to private locations.

Any additions to the above set ups will decrease the seating capacity.  A “pupu style” reception will accommodate more guests than a dinner seating. A set up fee may be incurred when a custom set up is requested and this will be determined by management.  You are welcome to bring your own table decorations and party favors.  Your set up includes white linen tablecloths, china, silverware, glassware and your choice of a napkin color from our samples.

PACIFIC’O POLICY INFORMATION

Food and Beverage

All food and beverage must be purchased exclusively from our establishment and consumed in designated areas and on the date of the event. Pacific’O Restaurant are the only licensed authority to serve and sell alcoholic beverages on the premises; therefore, all food and beverage must be purchased through our establishment per our liquor laws. No corkage fees are allowed.

Meal Substitutions & Allergy Notification

It is our intent to accommodate any requests due to dietary restrictions. These requests must be provided 48 hours prior to the scheduled function date. In the event that any of the guests in your group has food allergies, please inform us of the names of such persons and the nature of the allergies so we may take the necessary precautions when preparing their food.

Guarantees

We require a 48-hour advance guarantee of the number of people attending all food functions. You will be charged for your guaranteed guest count, or actual guest attendance, whichever is greater. If you do not provide a guarantee, the original number provided of persons attending, or the actual attendance, whichever is greater, will be the final guarantee.

Tax & Service Charge

All prices are subject to 4.166% Hawaii State Excise Tax and 17% service charge, a portion of which will be allotted to Piece of Cake, Inc., dba Pacific’o Restaurant.

Deposits/Cancellations

Deposits for Exclusive Events (Buy-Outs) – A deposit of 10% of the estimated charges is due to confirm the date.  The second deposit of 40% of estimated charges is due 30 days prior to the event and the balance due 1 week prior to the event.  Any additional charges will be due at the end of the event.

Deposits for Non-Exclusive Events with a Group Set Menu– A deposit of $25 per person is required to confirm the date.  All additional charges will be due at the end of the event.

Cancellation –  Ninety days for exclusive events – initial deposit is refundable.  Thirty days for non-exclusive events – initial deposit is refundable.  Seven days or less prior to the group reservation, 50% of all deposits received will be forfeited.  Within 48 hours, 100% of all deposit amounts will be forfeited.

Outside Vendors/Contracted Services

All outside contracted services are subject to approval by our management prior to the event and will be required to submit proof of liability insurance naming Pacific’o as an additional insured on their policy.

Entertainment Policy

In order to respect the dining experience of our customers located in our adjoining restaurant and the Feast at Lele, we reserve the right to monitor the volume of entertainment and all entertainers are required to follow Pacific’o  Restaurant’ guidelines.  If a sound check is needed, please coordinate this with the restaurant Event Manager.  Any sound checks must be done before 4:30pm.
